About Prestige Management?

Prestige Management (a division of Listing Leaders Prestige real estate brokerage) was started by a group of investors who have flipped over 700 properties in NW Indiana and built a rental portfolio of over 60 doors. After using 4 local managers, they felt it was best to build their own management company and kick it up a notch providing property management services at a higher level. They felt that prior companies treated tenants like second class citizens. Tenants complained about calls not being returned, maintenance not being dealt with, and just generally bad customer service. Tenants that had been in units a long time were leaving, and they were losing money. When they created the company, they knew great tenant relationships drove the success of the investment. Happy tenants pay on time, take better care of the property, and stay longer.
